Background

Strathburn School is a modern primary school situated in the large and growing rural town of Inverurie. We have over 400 school pupils. The school is open plan and currently has 16 primary classes and a nursery.  We offer enhanced provision support to pupils who have more complex support needs.  Throughout the school the core values are honesty, respect, kindness and positivity and these are a key feature of our school ethos.  We have a key focus on building positive relationships to ensure that pupils feel happy, safe and included and therefore are then able to achieve.
