Now that you have applied for a place at Strathburn School/Nursery for your child we are required to see your proof of identification documentation. This should be your child’s birth certificate and proof of your address (for example a recent utility bill or recent bank statement). These can be emailed to the school as scanned documents or as a photo. Alternatively, these documents can be shown on your child’s first day at school/nursery. A pupil should not start at school/nursery until the relevant proof of identification documentation has been seen therefore please ensure that you bring this information with you if you have not already emailed it to the school.
We would also like to provide you with some additional information about Strathburn School/Nursery and we ask you to read the information in the files below and complete the Multiple Permissions Form.
